Product Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund or exchange. Please contact our office to receive an RMA# and the correct return shipping address. Any product you return, must be in original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax
My Empowerment Place collects sales tax in the state of New York at the current applicable New York State sales tax rate.

Items Damaged in Transport
If there is any damage to the product during delivery submit a picture within 24 hours to: productsupport@myempowermentplace.com

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be calculated. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges on the checkout page.

Cancellation Policy Events/Classes/Workshops
Cancellation by My Empowerment Place
If an event/class/workshop is cancelled by My Empowerment Place you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future program.

Cancellation by Participant
If a participant cancels 2 or more weeks prior to the program date they will receive a credit towards a future class. All other cancellations or no-shows will forfeit their payment.
