The services required to maintain our mental and physical health are sleep, nourishing foods, exercise, positive relationships, and a feeling our lives have purpose, just to name a few. If we are lacking in one of the vital areas we will not be living our best life to the fullest potential. This maintenance is essential and is sometimes difficult to accomplish. Our jobs, obligations and at times, an illness such as high blood pressure, asthma, digestion issues, diabetes, depression, or stress get in our way.

With a coach from My Empowerment Place you will partner with a trusted medical professional (nurse) to create your wellness vision, goals and define the steps needed for you to reach your highest potential. The vision and goals are personal and relevant to you, together we will decide the best path for your success. If roadblocks come up along the way we will be right there with you to figure out how to forge ahead. Once you reach your goal we will strategize with you ways to maintain what you have accomplished.

If it is a family member or child’s illness that is causing you distress we can help you, too. Unmanaged stress can cause you to lose sleep, eat poorly, have a decline in your health and cause great emotional turmoil. For you to be at your best it is important to face that stress head on and work through it using proven techniques. My Empowerment Place has information online or can provide personalized services to help you. We will teach you ways to decrease your stress immediately; you will then have the tools needed to help yourself for the rest of your life.

One-On-One Health Coaching

With the guidance of My Empowerment Place, this is an opportunity to receive a completely customized roadmap to better health, developed with your personal history, lifestyle, desires and specific goals in mind.

Like many people with potentially life-threatening health conditions, you may have tried various diets, cleanses, and other endeavors on your own with limited results. That means that you are ready for a health partner—your health coach!

As your health coaches, we will motivate you to greater levels of health, while holding you accountable for your achievements. Together, we’ll create a clear roadmap to your best health, with tangible tools and educational materials to support your success.

There is no question that it’s far more difficult to achieve success alone than with a partner.
